No. The Premium package includes services that come up throughout the year. The house powerwashing, is done once a year (usually in the spring). The seasonal clean up is once per year (usually in the fall or winter months). And the tree trimming is performed periodically as needed. However, since these services can be costly the premium plan allows for these additional benefits to be paid for over a period of time. We offer this arrangement to assist you in budgeting your expenses for our services.

No. However, any of the packages can include the weeding of shrub beds and flower beds. Since the amount of work involved for this service depends on the size and number of flower beds and shrub beds, this service can be added to any of the packages for an agreed upon price.

Scheduling and time management is important to us. So, as a general rule, once we fit a customer into our schedule, our goal is to perform the work in the same rotation each week. However, we do realize that fitting new customers into a rotation and allowing for unexpected events contributes to flexibility as well. Therefore we do not specifically agree to performing a service at a specific time on a specific day. Rather, we faithfully perform the services weekly.
